How I take a print out of an excel sheet with the numbering in the background
of the centre of the sheet,which ih shown in the page break preview.
Make the numbering @ the bottom of the sheet by Header & Footer I can manage.

this is not supported by Excel as built-in feature. You'll have to create a
macro for doing this
