Vertical scroll bar length
 

I have the problem, that my vertical scroll bar takes me down to row number
+60000 but I only have about 700 columns of data.

I tried to delete all the extra cells by marking row 701 and pressing crtl +
shift + arrow down (to take me to the buttom), right click and then press
delete row.

However, this does not solve the problem.

Any ideas?

When you delete make sure you delete one row/column extra from the used
range. Once you delete columns and rows, save the file. Try close and re-open
the file.
