In Excel 2003, how can i add a hyperlink (or other method) in a cell that can
link to a specific worksheet in another workbook which have multi worksheets.

Presuming you want to link on a word, type the word (or words) in a cell,
click back on that cell and press CTRL+K. When you see the hyperlink window
appear click on 'Place in this document' down the left-hand side of the
window and then click on the sheet you want to link to.
