Default How doo I add letters or numbers to a whole column of part #s

hi
what letters or numbers.
a formula would do it. lets say your column of Part #s are in column A. in a
blank column enter =A2 & "your letters" or ="your numbers"& A2
copy the formula down as far as needed. when down simply copy the formula
column and paste special value. then copy to column A.

there could be a VB solution but that could get compicated depend on what
your letters and numbers are.
