Trying to open
 

I recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 8. On my previous version of IE,
when I would click an excel file posted on the internet, it would ask if I
wanted to open or save the file, and if i clicked open, it would
automatically open up in excel. Now when I click an excel file on a website,
it does absolutely nothing. Any help? Is it just a setting that was changed
when I updated to IE8?
