Excel 2007 gives Configuring message everytime it is started
 

Hi,

After installing MS Office 2007 Enterprise on a Vista Pc , a friend of mine
gets a message 'Configuring Excel' everytime he opens the application, the
other Office applications he uses do not give this message.

Please can anyone help?
