Default Urgent Help

Working on a word document with the links attached from Excel - Everytime I
open or save the file, getting this error in Excel 2003 and drives me crazy -

The message says:
Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data
or close
other applications message. Does anyone the solution to this?

Thanks

Choose less data or close other applications to free up some resources would
seem to the the solution.

I tried that solution by closing other applications and it is still the same.
It is a 150 page financial statements in word and more than 70 excel links
are attacthed to word file. So, I had to put the excel sheets in 2 files and
link to word file. It is still giving the same error message. I assume that
there must be a wrong code or protecting a workbook problem in excel. If you
know any other solutions to this, please let me know.

Thanks

I have no experience working with Word and links to Excel so not in a
position to assist.

Sounds like you just don't have the resources for this size and type of
project.
