Preserve formatting of Pivot table template
 

I have pivot table template file
I will add data in the file through my application.
But now I have to update my pivot table template (want to rename one column )
but when I do that the subtotal formatting is not preserved for that renamed
column.
Tell me how to edit the formatting of Pivot table template
