Excel 2003
when I open a document in excel 2003 it opens 23 other documents, like they
are attached to it. I am on a network but if I open same document on another computer it opens correctly or if another user opens it, it opens correctly. |

And you're really opening the same file--not a separate copy of that file,
right? If yes, then I'd look at: tools|Options|General tab There's a textbox where you can specify a "at startup, open all files in" folder. Most people leave this textbox empty. This actually would open all the files in that folder when you started excel--not when you opened a specific file. But if you're starting excel by double-clicking on that file, it could be the cause. mnichols wrote: when I open a document in excel 2003 it opens 23 other documents, like they are attached to it.
