Excel 2007 Custom Lists
 

When I go to Excel Options and click on Edit Custom Lists there is no
dialogue box to choose new list or existing lists. Instead focus shifts back
to my worksheet and the only option is to press enter.

Are there settings that render the Edit Custom Lists inoperative?
