Copying data down 29,000+ cells---Shortcut
I have to copy a cell contents for the entire spreadsheet of 29,000+ rows. I
thought <CTRL<SHIFT<Arrow down key would highlight all the cells for the 29,000+ rows that contain data. But this instead took me to the end 65,536. What are the shortcut keys for highlighting the cells for just these 29,000+ rows to copy the data rather then sitting on my cursor and highlighting all the rows??? Thanks for your review and hopeful for a reply. Thanks! PSULionRTP |

Hmmmm,
Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow works for me...???? Excel 2002. Of course this is no help for you, but that's the drill for what you ask. Regards, Howard "PSULionRP" wrote in message ... If the column is blank, ctrl + shift + downarrow will select to row 65536
With data in A1 I would type A1:A29000 and Enter in name box. CTRL + D to copy down.
