Subtotal placement issue
I am running Excel 2003 SP3.
When calculating a subtotal on location, then by salesperson, excel is inserting the subtotal for the salesperson after the location. I would expect to see the following: Salesperson 1 subtotal Salesperson 2 subtotal Location subtotal What I am seeing is: Location subtotal Salesperson 2 subtotal Salesperson 2 subtotal Does anyone know why this is happening. |

Hi, without seeing a copy of your database, I wonder if you have sorted
first? First on location then salesperson. "simmerdown" wrote: I am running Excel 2003 SP3.
