Finding First Empty Cell in a Column

Hi,

Is there a formula method to find the first empty cell in a column?

Thanks,

Tom

The array formula:

=ADDRESS(MIN((IF(ISBLANK(A1:A99),ROW(A1:A99)))),CO LUMN(A:A))

should be entered with CNTRL-SHFT-ENTER rather than just the ENTER key.

Try
=SUMPRODUCT(MATCH("",A1:A100&"",0))
