Looking for a simple interest template
 

Our Homeowners association charges simple interest on outstanding accounts.
Some members utilize a payment plan and consequently have a credit balance on
which we do not pay interest. I need to be able to accomodate the requirement
to keep a separate balance owed for interest calculation purposes, as well as
an overall balance owed including interest.
