how do i unhide columns after saving in excel 2007
 

i saved a large spreadsheet after i had hidden columns. I have tried to
unhide on the format and went the the help section. no sulutions were found.

Why not try a bit of vba?

Sub Unhide()

For a = 1 To 20 'Or whatever column you need to run to
Columns(a).Hidden = False
Next a

End Sub
