Problem with filtering columns in Excel 2007
I'm trying to filter out blanks from a particular column but when I select
that with auto-filter, only the first 246 lines are filtered, The remaining columns are still displaying blanks. Before applying the filter I make sure that all filters were cleared. I also checked that the unfiltered cells did not contain any invisible spaces. I would be grateful if anyone can through any light on the problem! Thanks! -- Richard in Chester |
Problem with filtering columns in Excel 2007
Before activating the autofilters, make sure you entire range of info is
selected. It sounds like XL is only including the first 246 rows of data in the dataset to be filtered. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Richard" wrote: I'm trying to filter out blanks from a particular column but when I select that with auto-filter, only the first 246 lines are filtered, The remaining columns are still displaying blanks.
