Big print job created
I have 2 excel files that look similar to my eye (100 rows, 20 columns,
shrunk down 40%--similar cell formatting). Both are printing just 1 page. One of them generates a 14 meg print job, the other a 100k print job. I don't see anything in page setup or print options that looks different. I've printed to different printers, same result. Obviously the bigger print job takes a long time. Can anyone suggest what might be causing the huge print job? Thanks for any possibilities in advance. |

Check the definition of Print_Area if there is one, or the location of the
last cell if not. If the last cell is clearly wrong, like IV25000 or H65536 you have a massive print job! If that's the case, find the "real" last cell, and delete columns and rows after that cell, then save & reopen the file. "Andy" wrote in message ...
