Paste with multiple selection

Can paste with multiple selection be done?
1 A
2
3
4 B
5 C
6 D
7 E

In the above scenario I want to insert two blank rows below the row
containing B,C,D and E. When I copy 2 and 3 blank rows and then select row
no.4,5,6, and 7,and apply paste it says operation cant be performed with
multiple selection.
Is there any other way to do? I want to insert two black rows below each
cell in one operation.

You can insert two blank rows below one cell in one operation as below
Select two cells below B (C and D). Right click Insert Entire RowOK

OR else you will need to use a macro to do this.

Ok but then I will have to select each cell individually and then give the
same command.Isnt there any other way other than micro by which I can enter
any no.of rows below multiple selection.

In ColB put the sequence numbers 1 to 5 3 times...as below...Select Columns A
and B and sort by ColB...

D 4
E 5

2
3

Once you sort the data will be rearranged as below....(you can remove ColB)

Col A Col B
A 1
1
1
B 2
2
2
C 3
3
3
D 4
