Arrow Keys in Mac Excel 2008
 

The arrow keys do not work to move between cells. I have tried turning the
scroll lock on and off (shift + F14) and that does nothing. Also what is
strange is that when I highlight a empty cell below a cell that is filled up
when I hit the arrow key it fills in the cell with the exact same information
that is in the cell above it. Also it seems to only be happening only on my
user account, when I go into another user on the computer the arrow keys move
between cells fine. I hope that describes the problem enough, its hard to put
this into words. Please help me.
