Cannot Delete Excel xls file
I have a file which is apparently locked as in use even though it isn't. All
users of our network have restarted their computers and the file is still locked. It cannot be deleted, renamed, moved to another folder or changed in any way. How can it be unlocked and deleted |

Actually the file is located in which pc whether it is in server or which
place. Whether the disk is write protected? Not an Excel issue.
