Combo box look up
 

I have 13 sheets. Each seet contans a file name for example
08-0028-YKCC-B-Other-Vincent

On another sheet I want to be to multiple combo boxes
1-Year
2-Facility
3-Incident
4-Type

I want it to filter all the sheets onto one sheet.

What is the best way to do this?
My combo boxes will have preset values in them. I know how to make combo
boxes, I am not sure on the coding to make it work.
