How do you import contacts from excel to outlook? I have 2007

This should go to the Outlook forum...

Try this
Enter one contact in Outlook
Export it to Excel
See the column heading in the exported file
Name the columns you have in your sheet the way they are in the Exported file
Import your file

I am assuming you know how to navigate to Import/Export options in Outlook
