Using the Active cell in one sheet for another sheet

Howdy,
I'm trying to use my list of Scout Troops that have signed up to generate
a receipt when they sign in. Sheet 1 has all the troop information. I would
like Sheet 2 to see the active cell in Sheet 1 and use that information.
