When opening 2007 Excel I get the following message:

Run-time error €˜2147467259 (80004005)
Method €˜Add of object €˜CommandBar Controls failed

Program seems to work OK.
Is there something I need to do?

2007 does not have a command bar. It uses the ribbon. Hard to add something
to a command bar that does not and can not exist. The code will need to be
changed if the command bar is required.

The commandbar code should still work. Any toolbars created will show up on the
Addins tab of the ribbon.

(I don't have a guess why the OP's problem occurs, though.)
