formatting negative numbers
Is there a way to format negative numbers in red WITHOUT fixing the decimal
precision. i.e. if a cell is formatted as "general" then the number 1 displays as 1 and 1.23 displays as 1.23 etc. So I need a "general" type formatting but showing negatives as red (and signed). Thanks in advance. |

Try this:
General;[Red]-General -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "GeraldM" wrote in message ...
