Problem importing external data / Automatic publishing webpage

I have a fairly big workbook importing and storing web data.
9 random of my webqueries aren't refreshing when I open the workbook or in
the 10 min gap ordered.
Right before each one I get an annoying error "No more letter types will be
applied in this workbook", given that I haven't checked the option "Maintain
cell formatting", and I haven't added any more queries,
Can anyone help me avoid this bug?

One of the sheets of this workbook is being republished as a webpage in my
network each time I save it, but it's already not necessary, and it delays
the saving time.
Can anyone help me revert auto publishing as a webpage, once there is no
deselect option, without modifying anyting else in the workbook?

I Use M Excel 2003 SP3 with XP SP3

I would appreciate any help given
