How to delete alternating BLANK rows in .xls file all @ once?
 
How to delete alternating BLANK rows in .xls file all at one time? Is there a
formula, find and replace, etc.?

How to delete alternating BLANK rows in .xls file all @ once?
 
Assuming you have data in between those blank rows:

Select a column. Press Ctrl+G to bring up the goto dialogue. Click
'Special', then select blanks. Ok out.

Now, with those cells selected, press Ctrl+minus sybol. Select the option to
delete entire row. Ok out.

Hi

Select a row with the blank rows to delete, goto Edit Go To Special
Blanks OK

Now right click one of the cells which has been seelcted Delete Entire
row.

Of course, you can also highlight the spreadsheet and selest Data sort and
sort by any column...
