How do I toggle read only in Excel 2007?

In Excel 2003 I had a "Toggle Read Only" button that I found by clicking
View
Toolbars
Customise
File - the last button was toggle read only

I can't find the equivalent in Excel 2007? Does anyone know where I can
find it?

In XL2007: OfficeButtonExcel OptionsCustomize
From choose commands from select 'All commands' and check for 'toggle read
only'
