Worksheet tabs resized out of view below program window."missing t

Hello,
When I open a new Excel file, the window for that workbook will often be
resized so that the bottom of the workbook is out of view, making it appear
that the worksheet tabs are missing, when in reality they are positioned
below the bottom of the program window. In order to fix this, it is easy to
maximize the workbook, so that it fits nicely into the program window, but
that is not a long-term solution. Please help me figure out how to have my
settings set so that, when I open a workbook, the entirety of the workbook is
in view of the program window.

Try to set the window size to what you want. Then save a random workbook say
"Book1" and close Excel. You can delete book one. Now when you open Excel,
you should find that the window is the size you want.
