Default Build a query from a web-based database or a PDF file.

I have a database which can generate/create letters to various ventors to
remind them of something they still need to do.

I can print these letters ar preview them in adobe reader in pdf format. I
can save the pdf file also.

What I would like to do is to create a template for myself that can take the
address on those letters and export it into excell of word so that I can
print it on an envelope and mail it.

Is this possible? The address is always in the same spot. Can I create a
query in excell to take the 4 lines that are there from each page? Or is
there a different methid?

Can I do it straight from the web database (which you have to log into) or
do I have to save it into pdf and then create it from that file?

Thank You.
