Let's say your data is in the following cells:

a2, b2, c2

In cell b2, enter =a2*.30.
In cell c2, enter =a2+b2

assuming your amount is in cell a2, then in cell b2 enter the formula =(a1*0.
30) to get 30% of the amount.
Not quite sure what the total column would be for??
