One little trick I do is to make it part of your AutoCorrect words. Go into
Options, then Proofing, then AutoCorrect Options. Then in the Replace: field type in the first two or three letters of the name, and in the With: field, type in the full name, then click the Add button to save. Then when you're working in your document, you would simply type those first two or three letters and then space bar, and it will automatically put in the full name. Hope this helps. -- --Laura - MS Office 2007 Professional user on Windows XP - SP3 "ziad" wrote: how can I type the first letter of the name and the full name show up ? |

If you have a pre-existing list of the names in a contiguous range above or
below where you are typing, autocomplete will kick in. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 21 Oct 2009 11:51:02 -0700, ziad wrote: how can I type the first letter of the name and the full name show up ? |
