When I export out of our company system to excel I need to copy down empty
cells. Example is:

Collingswood 418 Main St
215 Main St
564 Main St
Laurel 234 Pine St
456 Pine St

How do I formulate "Collingswood" to copy down and then "Laurel" and so on?

Hi

Select the tings you want repeated, then clcik and drag the square on the
bottom right hand corner of the selected range. As you drag you will notice
things are repeated in the order they appear in your selection.

If this helps, please click "Yes"
