Unable to use Icons on QAT
 

I received a file that has many shortcuts on QAT turned off; especially the
Insert tab Icons. How does one restore default settings so that these
become available again? I tried customizing and adding shortcuts, but to no
avail. My other Excel files work fine.

The worksheet/workbook is protected, turn off protection and they will return.
