graphics properties changes when opening Excel
Whenever I open Excel, my computers graphic properties changes from 32 bit
colour to 8 bit. Other applications in Office don't do the same thing. This originally happened when I was networked to our other PC which runs XP, so now Excel is opening in compatability mode which I don't think it was in the beginning. Does anyone know how I can stop this problem or stop Excel opening in Compatability Mode? Thanks |
graphics properties changes when opening Excel
Hi Zeb,
Not sure why the graphics are being changed but to stop Excel opening in compatability mode click the office button -- Excel Options -- Save and then under "Save workbooks" make sure that "Save files in this format:" is set to "Excel Workbook" and not "Excel 97-2003 workbook". If this helps please click "Yes" <<<<<<<<<< "Zebcougar" wrote: Whenever I open Excel, my computers graphic properties changes from 32 bit colour to 8 bit.
