ç(User Entry)è can any one explain this
 

hi all you clever people, this appears in a cell on a spreadsheet im trying
to un pick. it obviously requires me to input a value in the case a number of
hours but i have never seen this notation before i wonder if anyone could
explain

Its either a custom formatted cell or a UDF (Alt+F11 to see the code)
