Info cut off in a cell
Hi, I can't figure out how to keep all of the info typed into a cell from
being cut off. The cell does have the wrap text on. I can get about 14 lines within the cell when the last line stops wrapping and just goes off to the right. Any suggestion??? Dave |

The limit for # of character in a cell is 255. Perhaps you exceeded the limit

That hasn't been the limit for over a decade.
Excel says that you can have 32k characters in a cell but only 1k will appear in the worksheet. But you can exceed that limit by adding alt-enters (to force new lines within the cell) every 80-100 characters. JH wrote: The limit for # of character in a cell is 255.
