Tab Name Problem

I have an Excel workbook that contains a worksheet and four charts per month.
A couple of weeks ago the tab names I had assigned to the charts disappeared
and they were renamed as Chart1, Chart2, etc. The monthly worksheet tab names
stayed the same. I am using Excel 2007. Has anyone else run into this
problem?
