New instance of Excel when opening different sheets

Hi
I have to open multiple sheets of Excel at one time, but I want Excel to
open new instance to Excel everytime. Currently sheets overlap eachother and
I have to minimize to view other sheets.

Please advise

New instance of Excel when opening different sheets

Open Excel from the Start menu, then open the second file from the new
instance.

You can also use Arrange (Windows menu in 2003, take a guess for 2007)
to tile or otherwise arrange your windows in a single instance.
