Template for project staffing and scheduling?
 

I am looking for a template for excel that allows me to (a) build budgets and
timelines with existing staff, (b) attach budgets and timelines with links to
a master schedule for all projects in the office, (c) conduct periodic
analysis of general staff needs. Anything that out there that does any of
this that is available?
