Global Address List after clicking E-mail button in Excel 2003
 

When I click the E-mail button in Excel 2003 it opens a blank e-mail, but
when I click the "To" button it only shows my contacts and no option to
select the Global Address List instead. How do I get the GAL back?

Sending e-mail directly from Outlook works fine (the GAL is there).
