Copying formulas with changing cells

Hi,
highlight the column where you have the formulas, hit CTRL H, find what R,
replace with enter C

Hi,

I'm using Microsoft Office 2003. I have formulas in a particular column, but
now I need to change from one column to another with out changing the
formula. e.g =R20/12 now needs to be =C20/12. how do I do this without having
to do each one separately?
