Conditional Formatting to a RANGE of cells

Sorry for the double post.
My original post ended up in the middle of an old thread because of the same
subject line so I reposted.

Hi all
I am looking for a way to highlight a block of cells based on the values of
2 of the cells.

Basically I want to be able to highlight A6 through G6 if (G6D6)

Conditional Formatting to a RANGE of cells

select a6 thru g6, select 'conditional formating' and under Formula is:

=$G$6$D$6
