Is there a way to have the text in cell B1 repeat every 10th cell down that

Select B1 to B10 and simply pull the drag handle down Col B as far as you want/need to go. However, if you want the cells to update if the text in B1 changes, enter =B1 in cell B11, select B11 to B20 and pull the drag handle down Col B as far as you want/need to go. Hope this helps? V |

Would that not make all the cells from B1 to B10 repeat? I only want B1 to
repeat. "Victor Delta" wrote: "Shannan" wrote in message ... Is there a way to have the text in cell B1 repeat every 10th cell down that column for the length of the spreadsheet? However, to overcome this, insert a temporary extra column and set it up as per my original post. Then select the whole column, copy, select the original column B and and use Edit, paste special, ticking the box for 'skip blanks'. This will paste only the necessary text or formulae into your original column. Finally delete the temporary extra column. Hope this helps, V |
