Can anyone tell me how to export data from excel spreadsheet to outlook
distribution list? |

You can either go to File Import from the Outlook application, then folow
steps to add the Excel file and map names OR you can go to New Distribution, Select Members and paste the names into the Members box at bottom. they will be found as long as names are speclled the same. You want to export Excel data to your Outlook Contacts?
See Ron de Bruin's site http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/importcontacts.htm Note that *.CSV files will work in 2003 and earlier and 2007.
