HELP please !!!!! cant print contents of cells in exel
 

when i try to print a spreadsheet all i get is borders but no cell content
printed. color is set to auto , using office 2000 exel version 2002
(10.6845.6845)sp3 with win xp pro, printer is HP deskjet 1460 series borders
print ok and clear, i can print emails no problem , word files print ok and
also previous spreadsheets from exel saved 6 months ago print ok ,

What happens when you go to print preview? Do the cell contents appear as
they should?

Hi thanks for opening with me , yes views show correectly . but i have since
found if i print in blue it works ok , but in black not,, i have checked
printer with word doc and it prints perfect in black.. THIS one is NOT so
easy , i thought it might be black cartridge either empty or blocked ,, no
such easy way out,,
