I have been sent a number of spreadsheets with a number of embedded text
boxes in each. I have been asked to coordinate the data from the text boxes into a mastersheet. What I want to do is collect the data from the text boxes into a new sheet in each workbook and then copy the data from each into a mastersheet. Question: How do I get the data from the text boxes in sheet 1 into my data sheet in sheet 3? Thanks in advance Lynda |

Lynda,
See if the textboxes have a 'linkedcell' in their properties. If not, you can specify linked cells from sheet 3 on each box. Using the 'controls' toolbar, you will select design, select the texbox, and then select properties from the toolbar. 'LinkedCell' is in that list.
