formatting question

Hi again,

After long time w/o practice, please help me to use format in a column of data

i.e. formatcellnumber....

21
21.1
21.15
21.154
21.1546

I need to show all the decimals w/o showing the tailing "0's"

if possible with a combined conditional color effect if the cell contain
number decimal numbers exceeds to 2 places. (i.e. 21.154, 21.1546, etc)

anything possible is appreciated in advance.

thanks Bobs,

21
21.1
21.15
21.154
21.1546

My bad, I have not shown the purpose very clearly .

Actually, format "#,##0.####" fits well even with "." shown after 21.

Yet, I need to present the visual result showing the numbers with excessive
decimals.
Is it possible to have all these <column numbers be shown with all the "."
<periods be aligned vertically ? In this case, I may not need to use the
conditional format.
