Can't see date when trying to open file in details view
All of a sudden, when I ask Excel to open a file, even though I am in details
view, I only see a name column. The date, file size, etc, no longer shows. I know it is not because the name column is too wide to fit the window, I can make it very small and still there is nothing to the right of it. I used to see several columns of file information, now it has disappeared, making it impossible to sort by date. |

In the Open dialogue box, Right click on the header bar (where it currently
only says Name), and select the columns that you want to see -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "cindyeo" wrote: All of a sudden, when I ask Excel to open a file, even though I am in details view, I only see a name column. thank you so much, that's been driving me crazy for a couple weeks. I don't
know what I did to lose those columns, but now I have them back.
