How do you name "range" of data to import/export?

hi
When I try to import my outlook contact list from excel file<

since you are importing from excel into outlook, i'm wondering if this is an
outlook question or an excel question???
but... in excel, to name a range, 2003, on the menu bar.....
insertnamedefine.....follow the wizard.
you may have to high light the range first or manually name the range.

See Ron's site for how-to's on importing/exporting between Excel and Outlook

http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/importcontacts.htm

Note that *.CSV files will work in 2003 and earlier and 2007.

Outlook 2007 won't import directly from Excel 2007
